i-[ON] is a personal intelligent system that operates through Telegram and connects to third-party digital services with your explicit authorization. Available integrations may include, but are not limited to: email, calendar, e-commerce platforms, stock management systems, personal or business data files, and any third-party service with a publicly accessible API, present or future.
i-[ON] does not execute any action without your order or prior confirmation. Each integration requires your explicit authorization. You can revoke any access at any time.
The data you load into i-[ON] — including product catalogs, customer databases, files and any commercial or personal information — is your exclusive property. i-[ON] does not sell, share or transfer it to third parties under any circumstances.
You can cancel the service at any time by typing /cancel in the bot, or by revoking access from the settings of each connected service.
i-[ON] is not responsible for interruptions, changes in APIs or policies of third-party services (Google, MercadoLibre, Telegram or others), nor for losses resulting from such interruptions.
i-[ON] may offer commercial strategy suggestions, customer follow-up actions, satisfaction surveys and recommendations based on analysis of user data and general market statistics. Such suggestions are purely informational and indicative in nature. i-[ON] and its creators do not guarantee specific commercial results derived from the application of such recommendations, and assume no responsibility for business decisions made based on them. The user is solely responsible for any commercial actions they decide to implement.
i-[ON] may update these terms. Changes will be notified via Telegram with at least 15 days notice.
